All of our number plates are custom-made to order.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Quality Reg Plates cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Where appropriate, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
Custom-Made Products
As all of our products are personalised and made to order, delivery cannot be cancelled once production has started.
